I’m mainly inspired by emotions and nature as I feel both are strongly connected.

Sian Jordan grew up in Durban, South Africa, she immigrated to the UK indefinitely soon after turning 21. She spent most of her years living in London before permanently moving to the North East of England, now with her partner and son.

Sian is still finding herself and her unique style through her art journey, she is completely self taught but has always been creative drawing anything that came to mind on just about any surface she could use from a very young age. Her parents used to find little pieces of paper stuffed and hidden under beds, mattresses, in every corner of her bedroom already from the age of 5, they were always so stunned by her raw creativity and her level of skill that she endured from such a young age.

Although Sian did not study art she in herself was always creative if it were through fashion, make up or hair, Sian expressed herself through her art in her own way, nothing or no one could tell her how to be, she truly is and always was a free spirit following the beat to her own drum.

Sian predominantly practices in watercolour and ink but from time to time also expresses her creativity through mixed media. She paints from feelings, moods
